Enjoy this quick and healthy turkey based meal!
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can tomato soup (no salt added or low sodium)
- 1 1/4 cup salsa, mild chunky
- 6 brown rice 8″ tortillas
- 1 cup no fat Feta cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
Saute turkey until cooked. Cut tortillas into 1″ pieces in a large bowl. Put turkey, tortillas, soup, salsa, milk and only 1/2 cup Feta cheese — stir.
Place in greased pyrex 9″x13″ dish, top with 1/2 cup Feta cheese. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes
